To challenge young people to live with integrity even in their private decisions — on their phones, online, and in those moments when no one else is watching.
Icebreaker
Do you think you're the same person when you're alone as when you're around others? Why or why not?
Point 1: Character Is What You Do When No One's Watching
Proverbs tells us that even a child reveals who they are by their actions. A lot of people can keep up a good image in public — but your true character shows up when no one's looking. In the late-night phone scroll. Alone in your room. In the small, hidden choices.
Discussion Question: If someone could see everything you do online when you're by yourself, what would they think of you?
Point 2: Your Phone as a Mirror
Your browser history says a lot about where your heart is. This isn't about living under a cloud of guilt — it's about being honestly reflective: what you consume when no one's watching shapes who you're becoming.
Discussion Question: If you looked back at your screen activity from the past week, would you feel comfortable knowing God could see it — knowing He already does?
Point 3: Purity Isn't About a List of Rules
A lot of young people think of purity as just a checklist of things not to do. But it goes much deeper than that. Purity is about guarding your heart and your mind — keeping them free to love God and love others without the weight of hidden guilt or shame.
Discussion Question: Is there something you've been carrying in secret that you wish you could let go of, but you're afraid to admit?
Point 4: The Freedom That Comes Through Confession
Shame grows in silence. When we confess to someone we trust — a leader, a parent, a spiritually mature friend — it breaks the power that secrecy holds over us. Joseph and Ruth are both examples of integrity that was ultimately honored by God. None of us were meant to carry everything alone.
Discussion Question: Do you have someone in your life you trust enough to be honest with about your private struggles?

This week, if there's something you've been hiding, take a step toward finding one trusted person and being honest with them — even if it's hard. Freedom begins with confession.
