The Miracle Is About to Happen
"Hannah replied, 'No, my lord, I am a woman who is deeply troubled… I have been praying here out of my great anguish and grief.'" — 1 Samuel 1:15
Hannah came into the house of God weeping. She could not have children. She prayed, she cried, she pleaded — and no one seemed to understand. Not even the priest, who watched her praying in silence and accused her of being drunk.
Maybe you've felt that way too: you're at church, you bring your offering, you raise your hands — and you still feel like no one can give you the miracle you so desperately need.
The human eye cannot understand what you're going through. No one around you can fully feel what you feel. But there is One who sees.
God saw Hannah's pain. God saw Hannah's tears. And the miracle was about to happen.
