The Work That God Never Abandons
"Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." — Philippians 1:6
Paul wrote from a prison cell, in chains, with no certainty about tomorrow. And yet he dared to speak with confidence. Not a fragile, wishful hope — but an unshakable conviction: God does not leave His work unfinished.
Your life, with all its fractures and incompleteness, is held in the hands of the one Craftsman who never gives up on what He has shaped. The One who called you knows the end from the very beginning. What looks broken and beyond repair to you is still warm clay in His hands.
Don't give up on yourself before God gives up on you — and He never will. Christian hope is not naive optimism; it is trust anchored in the character of a God who finishes what He starts.
If God has signed His name over your life, He will also see it through to completion.
